I resubmit the POST after restarting the webserver.

I'm using the Debian Packages plus the FCGIs that I build from the
Debian package source.
I've got a more complete patch to the Debian packages in the works.

I wondered this but I made sure I didn't have any 2.3 packages lying
around: they were the default in Debian Squeeze. The 2.4 packages are
from squeeze-backports.

I'll fish around and double check everything is really linking against
the correct version of the library in the same place.
