checking IdP's outbound SAML assertion

We do have DEBUG level on, but still my bad.  The SAML assertion was there all the time nice and pretty.

SAML message doesn't have the time stamp like other messages so a grep for the time of the transaction didn't show that part.

Saving grace: the values are what we intend 8-]
