Shibboleth 2.5 NameID format element

Peter,
Thanks for the response.  I see that I need to include a
<sessioninitiator> element, which I did not have, in my shibboleth2.xml
to utilize the NameIDFormat element.  I will add the necessary elements
and try it again.
