Except that I confused things even more. This is your IdPs log, of
course, which means your IdP does not know of a relying party (a
service provider, here) by that name.
Which is to be expected as "https://idp.moch.dk/idp/shibboleth" at
least strongly hints that this entity is in fact an IdP.
So what are the names for your IDP and your SP?
Make sure they're different, as to not confure yourself (and others ;)

So, the IdP only cares about SPs and vice versa.
There is no IdP to IdP communication, with or without testshib
involved.
