employeeNumber attribute

Ok, I finally got the two attributes they are releasing to appear in the
session.  The problem is the value is wrong for one of them (the
employeeNumber).

The value we're getting is a hex value of length 32, prefixed with an
underscore.  Ex: _ddbf3a1d2fd0336d12011fc669b5524e

It seems like this is an encoded value that we need to configure shibd to
decode... ?
