The specified module could not be found - mod_shib_13.so

I have installed apache using httpd-2.2.21-win32-x86-openssl-0.9.8r.exe and shibboleth using shibboleth-sp-2.5.0-win64. Shibbolth demon is successfully running.

I have edited httpd.conf .

Include D:/opt/shibboleth-sp/etc/shibboleth/apache.config
Include D:/opt/shibboleth-sp/etc/shibboleth/apache2.config
Include D:/opt/shibboleth-sp/etc/shibboleth/apache22.config


when I start apache server following error appears. Please let me know what to do.

httpd.exe: Syntax error on line 469 of C:/Program Files (x86)/Apache Software Foundation/Apache2.2/conf/httpd.conf: Syntax error on line 13 of D:/opt/shibboleth-sp/etc/shibboleth/apache.config: Cannot load D:/opt/shibboleth-sp/lib64/shibboleth/mod_shib_13.so into server: The specified module could not be found.



mod_shib_13.so  is there in  directory D:/opt/shibboleth-sp/lib64/shibboleth.
