sp.testshib.org not working

Jan,

Tomcat hung for reasons that are not immediately apparent and required  
a kill -9.  I could find no problems for the SP or Apache, so I can't  
explain the issues you were encountering, but I rebooted both.  I'm  
not able to encounter any issues now.

There will be an announcement about migrating TestShib to a new server  
and amputation of the ancient registration applet soon.
