Thanks Nate and Scott for the clarification. I will do some more reading. (where does one find time to do actual coding or proof of concept?)

We are currently involved with a vendor that expects Idp initiated login and I just wanted to make sure the infection wasn't spreading, hehe.

Thanks for the feedback, I am pleased to be a (small) part of the Net+ initiative. I hope I can represent my organization with some level of competence.
