Shibboleth SP - PATH exclude in Request Mapper

Thanks Kevin! That seemed to have done the trick. I tried that earlier but
the "Require" attribute was not shibboleth and had "all granted".
I read at multiple places in Shibboleth wiki to use Apache config
extensively and not the Request Mapper but this is our first time working
with it and during the initial setup confusion we ended up adding it there.
Once I confirm that the Apache settings are all I need, I plan to drop the
RequestMapper entries. Thanks for pointing it Scott!

Kevin answered, but as a point of "yikes", do NOT mix the two. You don't
need the RequestMap if you're using Apache commands. Or pick one or the
other, but spare yourself and stop doing the work twice in two different
ways.
