IdP status page returns "HTTP Status 404" using the quick installer on Windows Server 2008 R2

Since the error is

Caused by:
edu.internet2.middleware.shibboleth.common.attribute.resolver.AttributeR
esolutionException: Unable to retrieve LDAP connection

I'd start by looking at the Shibboleth IdP's log files, not the
container's.
