skipping unmapped SAML 2.0 Attribute with Name

Hi,

I have a problem to get Eduserv organisationid attribute

http://eduserv.org.uk/federation/attributes/1.0/organisationid.

I have configured SHibboleth SP - attribute-map.xml as below

 <Attribute
name="http://eduserv.org.uk/federation/attributes/1.0/organisationid"
id="organisationid"/>

I could get IDp attribute value printedout in shibd.log as below

 <saml2:Attribute
Name="http://eduserv.org.uk/federation/attributes/1.0/organisationid">
        <saml2:AttributeValue>1213.example.com</saml2:AttributeValue>
      </saml2:Attribute> 

but still getting skipping unmapped attribute in shibd.log as below, I tried
to add attributedecoder attribute, but still does not work.

2012-10-17 10:10:50 INFO Shibboleth.AttributeExtractor [2]: skipping
unmapped SAML 2.0 Attribute with Name:
http://eduserv.org.uk/federation/attributes/1.0/o
rganisationid,
Format:urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:attrname-format:unspecified

is there anything that is I am missing?
