This won't be possible since Shibboleth IdP is not supposed to act as an SP
to another IdP in the way that ADFS does.

One tool that will help you during the implementation is FEMMA [Federation
Metadata Manager for ADFS]. It will save you some effort if you decide to
add your IdP's to the ADFS relay.
