Shibboleth-sp shibd.exe won't start.

I wonder if anyone is still facing this issue. We faced it recently on one of
our servers, and it turned out to be a typical DLL version conflict issue. A
wrong version of Visual C++ runtimes and zlib1.dll were getting loaded due
to being in the PATH system variable, causing them to take higher precedence
than the correct ones. You just need to examine the entries you have in your
system PATH, and rearrange them to eliminate this conflict.
