Ok, that's obviously useful info, there must be a bug in the FCGI. That's
not surprising, it's barely been used, and not really tested much.

I would say file a bug and give me some logging and some info on
reproducing this, and I can try this on a supported OS and see what I get.

Do you have to involve any special characters in data that the IdP is
passing you?

Everything on DEBUG, basically, that's about it.

I don't use FCGI or that web server, so guidance on how to set it all up
in the bug is critical. Alternatively, obviously somebody else willing to
debug this is fine, but if it's left to me, I'll need some help with the
environment I'm needing to construct.

Lastly, it would really be preferable if you could reproduce this with
2.5, since that's all I'm prepared to use to test this.
