Stepping down from the project

I know that Scott said it in the I2 meeting for those who were there,
but I just wanted to repeat our thanks to Chad for all of the work he
has contributed towards making Shibboleth such a success. Chad has
driven the IdP work for many years, has been a contributor to all areas
of the project and a mentor to other developers, has kept the
infrastructure of the project going against all odds and has been a
great support to me as I've grown in to my new role of Consortium Manager.

I know that we are going to feel Chad's absence in the project, and he
will be much missed.

Personally - thank you Chad for tolerating the constant Skype pings,
English sensibilities and me giggling through developer meetings. It's
been a lot of fun.
