IdP attribute resolver to lower case

Hello,

First letter is capitalized in our eduPersonAffiliation, the SP wants the
lower case.

In our Shib IdP 1, I can see attribute named "downCase="true" under
SimpleAttributeDefinition, I assume this attribute will turn upper case to
lower case. We moved Shib 2 IdP, but I could not find similar attribute. I
googled "lowercase IdP attribute resolver" with no luck.

My questions how can I turn uppercase to lowercase for simple attribute
definition?
