Question w.r.t LoginHandler

Hi List:

Can anyone point me to where I can find out more info w.r.t the following
setting in the IdP v2.2 'handler.xml'? Please no comments on upgrading from
v2.2 - upgrade is underway :)

We are wondering for what it is used by the IdP.  Thanks.
