Another day, another attribute

Now I'm trying to generate the eduPersonTargetedID attribute. I use the computedID data connector but in the logs I get:

, error creating components.  The root cause of this error was: java.lang.Illega
lArgumentException: Provided salt must be at least 16 bytes in size.

Don't really want to use a depreciated method but all I can find on StoredID is this example using MySQL:

I can set this up but is this the way to go ?

Presumably the shibpid table is populated by shibboleth-idp ?

Where is the commonname ? in my Microsoft AD entry I have a cn, is that what I should use ?
