Passing attributes to testshib two

Also check the shibd.log file on TestShib. For the past week or so, my
attributes were being released and decrypted, but not displayed on the
web page. The decrypted attributes were showing up in the logs.

As I write this, I checked again and everything is now displaying
properly on the web page. It is still worth checking shibd.log though,
if your IdP is releasing the attributes.
