Customize jsp pages for Shibboleth IdP

Hi,

We are trying to customize all the jsp pages for IdP so it will follow the
same UI. I already looked at the wiki and know how to do with login.jsp,
but looking at IdP source, there are couple other pages:
login-error.jsp
error.jsp
error-404.jsp

It seems that most of the error will be redirected to error.jsp page, can
you tell me when will login-error.jsp and error-404.jsp page be used?
