Btw, the more important thing is that we're now talking about specific
threats in specific environments, which is exactly where I want the
conversation about SLO to move to.

It might turn out risks and costs involved with workarounds for some
of the very specific problem areas are looking more promising than
trying to solve "the logout problem" in its full generality.
