What user accessed what URL and whether access was granted or not
is nothing the IdP knows about, hence you cannot find it in the IdP
logs (and ho tool can extract it from there).

What information is available to the IdP by default is documented in
the wiki. Same for what the contributed IdP log analyzer can do with it.

Only that none of the ones listed there will help with analysing the
Shibboleth IdP's (or the SP's, if that was implied) logfiles, which
was the question.
