Use shibboleth to ssh to linux

Well, moonshot really has nothing to do with Shibboleth so that's not
really an answer to the question.

There has been people who have talked about, and hacked on, a PAM
module that uses the SAML ECP protocol.  You can find that in the
mailing list archives.
