IDP 2.3.6 Stops Sending SAML Responses.

Thank you for helping. I sincerely appreciate the help.
I was able to determine the root cause as a failure to log responses to our syslog server.

I would like for this issue to be considered a bug for the following reasons:
1. The IDP did not provide an obviously visible indicator that there was a logging problem.
2. I'm not sure how strict the logging requirement is, but is it so strict that a failure to log a response should stop the idp from working?


My typical troubleshooting process is to present symptoms and avoid arriving at conclusions.
Maybe I was not very good at that. My apologies if it annoyed people when I was showing the "obvious" symptoms. :D
