Google Apps "landing page"

>From my research, it appears we cannot send users to the 'dashboard' page after authenticating through Shibboleth?  I know we can send them to their email, calendar, docs, etc but I cannot determine how to send them to a page listing their applications.  Has anyone had success sending users to the dashboard page?
