WAYF no longer linking correctly

Sorry all,

I have been AFI for the last 2 days.

Anyway, there is a case against this (SDSJ-105).  Thanks for the person who put that in. For those that need it the fix has been put
into SVN (this fix is restricted to the jsp file).
