Shib and ADFS 2.0 Help

I guess it depends on what you mean by "an entire ADFS
infrastructure".  I think you do have to set up everything on IIS.  I
don't think you need an entire AD setup though.  But Scott is really
more up on this than I am.  I just don't see him online at the moment
so I tried to offer what I could.
