URL contains invalid scheme (ss).

Thanks for the reply.  It turned out that IdP-initiated assertion was POSTed
with a relayState of "ss:mem".  Once that was taken out, everything worked
find.  By the way, is there a way to configure the SP to ignore the
relayState included with assertion?
