SP randomly failed to validate certificate IDP certicate.

Hi Scott,

I'm pretty sure that the certificate is the same because I do the tests myself in a controlled environment.

How can I the dump certificate on error, as you said? I try to capture TCP traffic, but it not a good idea because it is encrypted.

Then from time to time it's a different certificate. It's not non-deterministic.

There's either a bug open, or something I already fixed, to dump the cert out during errors, I think. It's not easy to diagnose as it is.
