Multiple Entity example for SP

The SP does not "generate" the entityID. Rather you define the entityId(s) in the 
metadata as well as the application that maps to that entityId in the
shibboleth2.xml file. 

To make use of multiple entityId(s) on a single SP you will be making use
of the AppliationOverride functionality of the SP. 

All you need should be in the wiki.
