That's all you need. /Shibboleth.sso/Logout is installed automatically by
that and the specifics of "local" logout are documented in the wiki (but
there's nothing much to it).
That said, if you can't do real logout (and you can't), I question the
wisdom of offering it. If you have to have a logout link you can't remove,
then making it do something is better than nothing, but removing it
sometimes is even better.
