shibboleth SP interacting with a client using MS IdP

Hello,

The Shibboleth service provider uses cookies to manage sessions but due to
us and the client in different domains, and our application hosted within
their iFrame, the cookies are being blocked.

Is there any way that I can change the SP configuration to not use cookie
but use query string instead? The client is willing to accept a query sting
instead of a cookie.
