Form POST Preservation on IIS?

Disappointing news, but not surprising, thanks.
It might be helpful to others in my situation if the Shibboleth doc pages NativeSPTroubleshootingCommonErrors and NativeSPSessions had a note saying "Apache Only" in their discussion of the postData and postTemplate settings.
