I wouldn't go so far as to say it's not sensible, but nobody has ever done
one in recent times. An old one existed at some point, but if one can't
find it in Google, I expect it's gone.
The main reason is that implementing SAML is 5% XML and 95% other stuff
that WSDL can't express. So the WSDL solves the tiniest bit of the problem
and has never been worth the time to bother with.
