First NewBy Question: Adding a Service Provider Logo

There's clearly support for a service provider logo in the IDP login screen.  There's a defined metadata extension for it and code in the login.jsp.  I presume those two connect somehow, though I haven't figured out how yet.

Anyone got a worked example so I can see where the image URL is supposed to go?
