How to map subject email address to request header name?

Shibboleth SP 2.4.3 on IIS 7.5 + Windows Server 2008 R2 (SP1); target
website based on ASP.NET MVC

 

 

IdPs identify the authenticated user to us by the following means in the
SAML response:-

 

<Subject>

    <NameID
Format="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:emailAddress">user at org
anisation.com</NameID>

 

 

I would like to map this email address to an HTTP request header named
"ShibAuthdUserEmail".

 

Can you tell me how to do this?  What should be in attribute-map.xml?
And in Shibboleth2.xml?
