Decoding encrypted attributes from an IDP

Started seeing this again:

https://www.dev.careverge.com/Shibboleth.sso/SAML2/POST to default

Shibboleth.Listener [6965] shib_check_user: sending message
(default/SAML2/POST)

and shibd crashes after that.
