Assertion Lookup Failed

I dont see the count in the $server variable ...
maybe my configuration is not good ...
I have edited shibd.conf and added the exportAssertion="true"
and i have configured it in shibboleth2.xml for that SP.
is there anything else i need to do to get the count in the http headers ?
