Assertion Lookup Failed

Hi ,

 I have setup my shibd with exportAsserion="true"
 I have configured shibboleth2.xml with the export url and ACL .

 1. When i dump the content of $SERVER variable I dont see any
assertion in the headers ( no count or assertion )
  2. when i browse the URL http://mysp.com/Shibboleth.sso/GetAssertion i get:

 Asserion  Lookup Failed.

 the log shows

 Assertion Lookup Failed Missing requierd parameters.

any idea what am i doing wrong ?
