SP windows installer gives .so files, not dlls.

Hi,
I'm new to Shibboleth.
I'm trying to install a service provider on a Windows Server 2003 SP2
machine (of course, I wouldn't have this problem if I had been given a
Linux box to play with instead!)
I installed Apache 2.2, and Shibboleth SP, following all the instructions
here:
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/NativeSPWindowsApacheInstaller
So the apache config includes the Shibboleth apache config, which has this:
LoadModule mod_shib E:/apps/shibboleth-sp/lib/shibboleth/mod_shib_22.so
which causes Apache to barf because it's a .so, not a .dll. There is no
mod_shib_22.dll anywhere to be found.
There is a isapi_shib.dll, does that mean that I'll have to use IIS instead
of Apache?
Thanks,
