Testshib not listing service providers

Christopher,

TestShib appears to have choked writing its the internal accounts file  
about 1/5 of the way through.  I've restored it from a backup copy;  
some people may lose edit permissions on entries that were registered  
during this afternoon as a result.

I apologize for that, and if anyone has lost edit permissions that  
they need restored, please send me a message off-list.  No metadata  
was harmed during this particular debacle.

You'll have access to sp. in your domain.  If you need editorial  
access to the other entities registered under the same domain, please  
let me know off-list.

I don't have any specific knowledge of how or why this choke occurred,  
and there's nothing obvious in the logs (except for a giant pile of  
parsing errors).
