"-Djava.endorsed.dirs=" Location/Configuration

My question is regarding the adjustment of -Djava.endorsed.dirs= so that it includes the endorsed directory in TOMCAT_HOME/.

Basically, I was wondering which .bat I would find this variable in my Tomcat6 directory(setclasspath.bat?) and what I should change it to. I'm guessing "TOMCAT_HOME/endorsed", but wouldn't that cause problems if the variable has already been set?
