TestShib Two SP Registration Half In Half Out?

Hi,
I tried to register a new SP with TestShib and it generated an error when I
tried to submit the request.
I repeated the registration and got a message that it already exists.
I can generate a 'shibboleth2.xml' file for it but I can't edit the
configuration (no provider entries found).
Which is odd as my previous SP has disappeared as well...

Is there a known issue or is this related to the infrastructure changes..?
