Can't locate tomcat6-dta-ssl-1.0.0.jar

I'm trying to run through the documentation for preparing Tomcat to allow SOAP endpoints on port 8443 (https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/IdPApacheTomcatPrepare) and I can't locate tomcat6-dat-ssl-1.0.0.jar. The URL provided is https://shibboleth.net/nexus/content/repositories/releases/edu/internet2/middleware/security/tomcat6/tomcat6-dta-ssl/1.0.0/tomcat6-dta-ssl-1.0.0.jar which gives HTTP404. Everything along the path right up to /nexus also yields HTTP404. Where should I be looking to get tomcat6-dta-ssl-1.0.0.jar?
