Links in Shib wiki daily update emails broken?

No, but the new server and the old server are being run in parallel for testing purposes.  The new server has a snapshot of the content from the old server.

You probably got two updates e-mails, one from each server.  The links in the mail from the new server won't be valid for the old server, which is where you'll be taken if you click on them; this is expected behaviour.  Rest assured that they do work for those of us who have tweaked our setup to test the new server, and that all this will shake out once the switch-over has happened.
