Links in Shib wiki daily update emails broken?

Has the Shib wiki changed already? I've been receiving the "Confluence 
Changes in the last 24 hours" daily update emails for a while now, and 
this morning the format had changed & (more importantly) the links to 
view changes is broken because it references versions that don't exist. 
Is this something that's happened prior to the migrate/upgrade on Thursday?
