Shibd crashing on LogoutRequest

I reproduced the problem with the exact same request catch from apache
access logs during the previous crash.
Other LogoutRequest are working fine. Or at least I cannot reproduce
the problem with other LogoutRequest at will

Anybody who can login can create an issue against it. You'll have to hope
I get to this fast enough that I don't forget, that's all I can say.

Is it reproducible with any logout request, or is there some kind of
criteria under which it crashes?
