SP - ERROR XMLTooling.ParserPool input ended before all started tags were ended: last tag started is 'xenc:CipherValue'

Hi all,

Was wanting to find out some info about this error - wasn't able to find
out anything helpful except

l but these SP are not automatically downloading any metadata. We run a
few SPs and this pops up from time to time - but I am not sure if I should
be concerned or if there is something I can do to avoid

I cannot find the value in any config files. I presume it might be related
to session information as the other line I see from XMLTooling.ParserPool
is:
