Regenerating IdP credentials

Found it (on IdPCertRenew), via IdPConfiguration on the second page of 
search results for "idp generate credentials" (no results are found for 
"idp regenerate credentials").

I'll add a couple of links there to a couple pages I would have expected 
to find something on.
