Well, if you don't have public code hosting infrastructure I'd say
just put it all up on github and write some basic documentation to get
started with.  Then link to the github project site from the
contributors page on the Shib wiki.  I agree with Scott, starting to
get some real-world experience with Infinispan would be a plus.
